How to cancel the automatic renewal of my service

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your service by logging into the customer control panel.

Click on the service you wish to cancel, then press "Manage"

Next, click on "Cancel". You will have the option to cancel the service in one of the following ways:

Immediately: All data is immediately removed and the action cannot be undone (This is not recommended).

At the end of the billing period: This means that your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period (Recommended).

Alternatively, you can cancel through our Customer Support Team. To do this, open a support ticket with us, or send an email to [email protected] - If a service is cancelled through the support team, the service will expire and be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive further charges for the next billing period.

No refund will be issued for any pro-rated unused time during the current billing period. All sales are final.
