Why can't I connect to my server after purchasing it?

Due to the way that Veloren nightly dedicated servers are updated, the version of the software used depends on the time that the server is updated.

Airshipper clients have their daily updates available at approximately 01:00AM pacific time.

If your Airshipper Veloren client/game is unable to connect to your server due to a version mismatch, it is likely due to one of the following circumstances:

-Your server has not yet automatically updated at the appropriate time of day. Please wait for the daily update to occur automatically, then try to connect. The automatic update time for servers with HostEZ is 01:00AM pacific time.


-Your server was automatically updated at the appropriate time, but your Veloren game client is not updated. According to the development team, the newest Airshipper update is available approximately 1 hour after the automatic update time.

We realize that this may be a confusing matter and we are trying to simplify the process as much as possible.
